  • 2/3 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/2 cup horseradish sauce
  • 1 can (14-3/4 oz.) red sockeye salmon, drained
  • 1 cup Post Bran Flakes, crushed
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil


  1. Mix egg product, horseradish sauce, salmon, cereal, onions, peppers and garlic until well blended.
  2. Heat lemon juice and oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Drop 1/3 cupfuls of salmon mixture, in batches, into the hot oil mixture; flatten into patties with spatula. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until patties are heated through and lightly browned on both sides.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a quick salad made with bagged mixed greens tossed with favorite low-fat dressing and crusty whole wheat rolls.
