  • 4 cups Post Waffle Crisp Cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cereal, peanuts and raisins in large bowl. Drizzle butter over cereal mixture; toss to coat well. Spread evenly in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  2. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Add candy-coated milk chocolate candies; mix lightly. Store in tightly covered container.

Tips and Suggestions

Substitute: Substitute mixed nuts for the peanuts. Promoting Safe Trick-or-Treat Candies: After children bring their candies home, inspect all candies prior to eating. Discard candies which look strange or are without wrappers. Avoid home-made goods and fruits unless you know who made them. When in doubt, throw it out.
