  1. Beat egg with milk and oil in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add pancake mix; beat until well blended. Stir in cereal. Let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Tips and Suggestions

Make Ahead: Need something to serve on those hectic mornings? Prepare pancakes as directed, doubling all ingredients. Cool any extra pancakes, then wrap tightly and freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight, then warm in the microwave just before serving.

Special Extra: Serve topped with sliced fresh strawberries and bananas.
