  1. Scoop ice cream into 8 balls; roll in cereal until evenly coated.
  2. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  3. Freeze 4 hours or until ready to serve. Store leftover ice cream balls in freezer.

Tips and Suggestions

Variation - Crunchy Banana Split: For each serving, peel and cut 1 banana in half lengthwise; place in banana split dish or other dessert dish. Top with 2 ice cream balls. Drizzle each ball with 1 Tbsp. each of a different flavor of ice cream topping. Top with 2 Tbsp. thawed whipped topping, 1 Tbsp. chopped nuts and a maraschino cherry.

Substitute: Prepare as directed, using Post Cocoa or Fruity Pebbles Cereal; Post Golden Crisp Cereal; or Post Selects Cranberry Almond Crunch, Banana Nut Crunch or Great Grains Cereal.

Substitute: Substitute chocolate or butter pecan ice cream for the vanilla ice cream.
