  1. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on high 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. Stir until completely melted.
  2. Add popcorn and cereal; toss to evenly coat.
  3. Spread into single layer on large sheet of waxed paper. Cool. Toss with cranberries before serving.
